3-4 drops twice a day or as directed by the physician.
DIRECTION OF USE
To administer the oil in nostrils, lie down over the bed on your back and hang your head down. Pore 3-4 drops in each nostril and stay in the position for at least 2 minutes.
सयनो केयर तेल लगाने हेतु बेड पर पीठ के बल लेट जाएं तथा सिर को नीचे की ओर लटका लें अब तेल की 3.4 बूंद नाक के दोनों छिद्रों में डालें और दो मिनिट तक लेटे रहें।
